Cheesy Sausage Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
  • Meat

    1 lb Sausage

  • Oils & Vinegars

    1 tbsp Olive oil

  • Produce

    1 tbsp Garlic

    ½ cup Onion

    1/3 cup Scallions

    1 (14 oz) canTomatoes

  • Dairy

    2 cup Cheddar-jack cheese shredded

    ½ cup Milk

  • Canned Goods

    2 cups Chicken broth

  • Pasta & Grains

    8 oz Pasta, dry

  • Baking & Spices

    ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes

    ½ tsp Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Place olive oil into your pan on medium heat – then add onions and sausage – cook for 5 minutes – add garlic and all seasonings – cook for 2 minutes
  2. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk, and pasta – bring mixture to a boil – lower heat and cover for 15 minutes add your shredded cheese while it is covered for the last 15 minutes. Serve and garnish
